L awyer was born in 1960. in Kotor. He graduated from University of law in Podgorica. Mr Milić firstly gained his legal experience in the commercial sector by working for A.D. Napredak Kotor trading company and transport provider Autoboka Kotor. Within the public sector, Mr Milić acted as a judge of the civil court in Kotor and as a public attorney for the municipality of Kotor. Combining the attained knowledge and expertise he formed his law office in 1998.
